Multimedia designer - eLearning specialist (Instructional designer and developer role)

• Creating interactive training courses in collaboration with subject matter experts and development leads to ensure that program content, learning objectives, and delivery modes meet stated client specifications

• Designing and creating engaging multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, videos, and audio to enhance the learning experience

• Applying instructional design principles to structure content and ensure effective sequencing and progression of learning activities

• Collaborating with developers, graphic designers, photographers and video specialists to ensure seamless integration of eLearning components

• Conducing needs assessments and analyze target audience characteristics to inform instructional strategies and content development

• Develop instructional design plans, including storyboards and mood boards

• Estimating design efforts to meet production timelines and deadlines

• Reviewing team members' projects providing feedback and suggestions for improvement; contribute to new curriculum and program ideas

• Helping the video team in recording and editing videos
